Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, picked early, pressed immediately, fermented in stainless steel tanks for 5 months. Notes of Granny Smith apples with  bright acids and slightly effervescent, this lively white wine is perfect for summertime patio meals, raw oysters, spicy ethnic foods

Blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, this soft white wine has notes of peach and lychee. Moderate acids leave a softness on the finish. Very lightly oaked, an easy summer drinking wine. 12.2% ABV

Our first sparkling Brut blend, crafted from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay! Made  in the traditional Methode Champenoise style this vibrant, deeply structured Brut exemplifies the depth of flavor expressed in our estate grown fruit. Pressed immediately after picking, this beautiful Brut has notes of almond, citrus, and brioche that explode on the palate.  Elegant, aged nearly 3 years on the lees. Very limited production. A special bubbly for that special event.    ABV 12%      50 cases. Limit 2 bottles

Luxurious, silky mouthfeel, loaded with wild blackberries and cherries,  full-bodied, lightly spiced.  Beautiful acids,  ending with a bright,  long-lasting finish.  This is young and tasting beautifully now and will age well for at least 10 years. Aged in 30% new French oak, the remaining in neutral French oak for 11 months. Alcohol  14%

Stunning Pinot Noir Reserve, Limited Edition. Rich with ripe red fruits, hints of cranberry and full tannins with a lovely earthiness. Drinking beautifully now, lush with a silky roundness. We anticipate this vintage will be delicious through 2031 and more. 45% whole cluster fermentation, aged in 30% new French oak, the remaining in neutral French oak for 18 months. Alcohol  14%.  45 cases produced
