Join us at Ankida Ridge Vineyards for a special evening with director Chrisa Giorgi and a screening of her new documentary, We the Wine People, right here in the tasting room. Ticket sales will be donated to help offset the film’s production costs.
Meet the director, mingle over a glass of Ankida wine, and experience a film about Virginia wine and the people turning a complex region into one of America’s most compelling wine stories.
This special Ankida screening will include an exclusive scene featuring Ankida Ridge Vineyards that is not included in the officially released version of the film, making this a unique opportunity to see something you won’t be able to watch at home.
Following the screening, Chrisa will share behind-the-scenes stories about the making of the documentary and the people, places, and unexpected moments that shaped the film.
We’ll also have an intermission so you can refill your glass. Our favorite handmade sourdough pizzas by Slice Versa will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
