Our first sparkling Brut crafted from 100% Ankida Pinot Noir! Made in the traditional Methode Champenoise style this vibrant, deeply structured Brut exemplifies the depth of flavor expressed in our Pinot Noir grapes. Pressed immediately after picking, this beautiful Brut has notes of almond, citrus, and brioche that explode on the palate. Elegant, aged over 2 years. Very limited production. A special bubbly for that special event. ABV 12% 60 cases

“Ankida Ridge 2016 Brut - Blanc de Blancs” - A Sparkling Wine of 100% Chardonnay made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise style. Bright notes of green apple, pear and a touch of citrus combine to create a brilliantly fresh, lively Brut. Made from early-picked Chardonnay grown nearby on our leased Amherst County vineyard, Mountain Terrace, the wine was barrel aged in neutral French oak for 9 months, then bottle aged for nearly 18 months before disgorgement. 12.2% ABV
